  The special move-in deals are great. Best in Catoosa. Sometimes it's a month free and always a free lock. Once we arrived to rent our unit, the office managers were very friendly, helpful and experienced.

  Gave us cockroackes. Refused to set up cheap deer cameras when they took the entire fence down and also had the security cameras odd. Do NOT store anything at AAA storage. They took town their entire fence around the facility, did not notify us that they would have compromised security and their security cameras were conveniently DOWN when crooks broke into multiple facilities including mine, ripping through every box, breaking sentimental valuables, and stealing valuables. AAA storage called us one time the day the break-in happened, did not leave a message, and did not even cover the hole in the roof of our unit. They have only offered us one month free rent to pay for their negligence in keeping our things secure. There is still a gaping hole in our unit and its supposed to rain this evening.

  The owners of this storage unit are absolutely wonderful people. I ended up in a bad position where I needed to get rid of my unit and they did everything possible to help me out. On numerous occasions, the owners worked with me to work out different issues that had come up. I highly reccommend this storage unit.

  When we arrived to rent our unit, I had an exceptionally wonderful storage move in experience. It started with the excellent rate I secured on the internet. And just got better from there.
